INSURANCE & FEES
Therapy will begin with 1-2 Intake Sessions. This typically gives you an opportunity to share with me your history and help me to understand what you would like to work on in sessions. We will collaborate on a few goals and create a treatment plan together. From there, I may make recommendations for frequency of treatment, but of course you are in the driver’s seat as to what works for you. Each session will last about 55 minutes.

Self-pay rate for psychotherapy is $150/session. If you have an out of network insurance plan and will be paying out of pocket, I am happy to provide receipts (superbills) that you may send to your insurance company for any potential out of network reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of sessions. Any copays, coinsurance or fees will be collected at the end of session. It is requested that a credit card be kept on file to simplify payments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens and sometimes we need to cancel an appointment. Cancellations at least 24 hrs in advance are appreciated. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice or you do not show up for your session, a $75 fee will be charged.
